1. About These Terms

By booking an appointment, purchasing a gift card, or otherwise using our website or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use our site or services.

2. Our Services

Ever Adorn offers permanent (welded) jewelry application, charm bar customization, and private party/event bookings at our Rutherfordton, NC studio. Services may be booked online or in-studio.

3. Waiver & Consent Required

All clients must review and sign our waiver and consent form prior to receiving services. By signing, you acknowledge and agree to the following, consistent with our waiver:

The application of permanent jewelry involves welding tools and equipment, which carry inherent risks including burns and eye injuries.

You agree not to look directly at the weld spark unless wearing safety-rated welding glasses.

You confirm you are in good health and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, including pacemakers or known metal allergies.

You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the service, including injury, disability, or property damage.

You consent to medical treatment in the event of injury and understand you are financially responsible for any resulting costs.

You consent to the use of photos of you and/or your jewelry by Ever Adorn for promotional purposes.

4. Release of Liability

By receiving services from Ever Adorn, you waive any and all claims against Ever Adorn and its representatives, except for claims arising from gross negligence or misconduct that cannot be waived under North Carolina law. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ever Adorn from any third-party claims arising from your participation in our services.

5. Minimum Age & Minors

You must be 18 years of age or older and legally competent to receive services and enter into this agreement. Minors may receive services only with the signed consent of a parent or legal guardian, provided on our waiver at the time of service.

6. Jewelry Care, Expectations & Removal

Permanent jewelry, while designed to be long-lasting, is not indestructible and can be removed by cutting the jump ring.

Skin reactions, including green marks or tarnishing, are a natural occurrence with certain metals and skin chemistry, and do not qualify for a refund.

You are responsible for following all provided aftercare instructions, and any repairs needed due to your own negligence will not be covered under warranty.

Allergic reactions are possible; by proceeding with service, you acknowledge you have been informed of this risk.

7. Sales, Warranty & Repairs

All sales are final once the chain has been cut. No refunds will be issued after this point.

Ever Adorn offers a weld warranty, covering repairs of broken welds at no charge.

Chain breaks occurring outside of the weld site are repairable only if all pieces of the original chain are retained and provided.

Ever Adorn reserves the right to decline further reweld services after three (3) repairs.

Initiating a fraudulent chargeback may result in Ever Adorn declining to provide further services and may result in legal action.

8. Gift Cards

Gift cards may be purchased online or in-studio and are redeemable toward Ever Adorn services and merchandise.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.

Gift cards do not expire unless otherwise stated at time of purchase.

9. Booking, Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments may be booked online or in-studio.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or no-shows, may be subject to a fee noted when you make your appointment.

Private party/event bookings may require a deposit to reserve your date noted when you book your private event or party.

10. SMS & Email Communications

By providing your phone number or email and opting in, you consent to receive appointment-related and promotional messages from Ever Adorn. See our Privacy Policy for full details on SMS/email terms, opt-out instructions, and data use.

11. Website Use

Our website and its content — including text, images, and branding — are the property of Ever Adorn and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. We aim to keep information on our site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is error-free at all times.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law, Ever Adorn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, except where such liability cannot be waived by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
