When you book an appointment, visit our studio, join our list, or shop with us — online or in person — we may collect:

Contact information: name, phone number, email address

Booking details: appointment date/time, service selected, notes related to your visit

Health and safety information: relevant medical conditions disclosed on our waiver, including but not limited to metal allergies and pacemakers, collected solely to assess safety for the permanent jewelry welding process

Signature: your signed waiver and consent form, including parent/guardian signature and information if a minor is being served

Payment information: processed securely through Square; we do not store your full card details ourselves

Gift card information: purchase and redemption details for gift cards bought online or in-store

Photos: images taken of you and/or your jewelry, where you've consented via our waiver, for promotional and marketing use

Communication preferences: your consent (or opt-out) for SMS and email marketing

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Schedule and manage your appointments

Communicate with you about bookings, confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups

Ensure your safety during the permanent jewelry application process

Process payments and gift card transactions through Square

Send promotional messages via SMS and/or email, if you've opted in

Share photos of your visit or jewelry for marketing, only where consent has been given

Improve our services and studio experience

3. SMS & Email Marketing

If you opt in to receive text messages or emails from Ever Adorn, you may receive appointment reminders, promotions, and studio updates.

Message frequency varies.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any marketing email.

Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase or booking.

4. Payment & Gift Cards

Ever Adorn uses Square to process payments in-studio and online. Square's own privacy and security practices govern the handling of your payment card data; we encourage you to review Square's Privacy Policy for details.

Gift cards purchased online or in-store are associated with the purchaser and/or recipient's contact information for redemption and support purposes.

5. Photos & Promotional Use

By signing our waiver, you consent to Ever Adorn's use of photos taken of you and/or your jewelry for promotional purposes, including social media, our website, and marketing materials. If you'd prefer your photo not be used, please let us know in writing and we will honor that request going forward.

6. Website Analytics

Ever Adorn does not currently use website analytics or tracking tools. If we implement tools such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect that, along with information on how you can manage your preferences.

7. How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including using secure, reputable platforms for booking, payment processing, and communications. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

Service providers who help us operate our business (e.g., Square for payments, our booking/CRM platform)

Legal authorities, if required by law

9. Minors

Permanent jewelry services may be provided to minors only with the consent and signature of a parent or legal guardian, as reflected on our waiver. Information collected for a minor is subject to this same Privacy Policy.
